I have a Google Project FI cellular phone account. I use a Pixel XL cell phone. The fast charging feature went out in the phone and on November 1st of 2017, Google Store sent me a refurbished phone. I was informed I had 30 days in which to return my old phone. On November 6th, 2017 I returned the phone to Google in Illinois via UPS with $800 insurance. On Novemberr10th it arrived at Google and was signed for by a Mr. Waller. This information is on the UPS Tracking Document which I have in my possession. On December 6th I received an email from Google Store informing me they had not received my phone and that they were charging me $830.13. I sent them a scanned copy of this UPS Tracking Document to show they received my old phone three weeks prior to this email. They did nothing and they still kept my $830.13.

I normally pay my monthly bill on Auto Pay through my Mastercard Credit Card. Prior to this replacement I had purchased a charging cable from Google Store and I used my Visa Debit Card to pay for this item. I checked my bank account and Google had taken $830.13 without authorization from my account. They also did not have authorization to use that debit card for other than when I purchase items from their store.

I have filed a police report with my local Police Department and I filed a criminal report with the U.S. Government's internet theft report with IC3.gov. I have also filed a dispute with my bank on this withdrawl.
