These guys have the strictist policies I have ever heard of. First of all I got scammed! After 12 days have still not recieved a Free cd ffrom them.
The satisfaction level is so low the company policy is that the customer service people are demanded not to put the managers on the phone, you cant get the phone number of the company the work for . Internet INCOME INTIATIVE has no listed phone number. The 74.00 charge is put on a tab that does not come up when you acccept the free cd. This amount of people that get taken advantage of is so high that customer service people are rude and will hang up on you when you are persistant in requesting to talk to a manger.
STAY AWAY from Michelle Valdez , Google Pro( which is not connected to google in any way, the denied knowing this company).
