I am not so profitable it cost me $98.15, i order the kit which was $2.00 to this date i don't have the cd, when i called the place the man that answer the phone said "they will look into my acc'', when i call back he said i will not get a refoud because the 14 days had expired i did not see any expiration date i asked to talk to manager he said managers do not talk on the phone. They just give you the run around. Last week i call again talk to the same person by the name of Thomas 1605, they can't give last names, said the same thing. call again and aperson by the name of Erin EV471 said they will refound the money witnin 5 bussiness days so far no money i told them i will contact the BBB and the IC3 ana i will after i write this report. They are gettig profitable alright with other peoples money, google needs to stop these people from using their name, i just call and no respnse now they have an aswering machine they still say google riches yea riches for them.
