Google Treasure Chest Big ripoff scheme. Lying, cheating, thieves. Internet

*NOTICE..!! this ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.

My husband and I were recently laid off at the same time. I received an email to work at home and went to the website. It was google treaure chest. It said all that was required was $1.97 shipping and handling so I foolishly sent for it. About 2 wks. later my credit card was charged another $72.21 and I had'nt even received the kit. I immediately called the number given on my bank statement for a refund. I have been trying ever since (over a month) to have this money refunded to my account. I have filed a dispute through my bank. I have called the company on numerous occassions and have been told my refund has been processed, bull! They refuse to let me speak to anyone other then a rep insisting supervisors don't speak to customers. I told them I know this is a scam. I just think someone in our government should investigate this scheming company!
