This seminar was exactly that..a seninar about how bad smoking is for your health and then put on a huge guilt trip for exposing your children or grandchildren to it..."You might as well pull the car in the garage, close the door and leave the grandbabies out there to die from carbon monoxide poisoning"

the "Hypnosis" was nothing more than relaxation techniques I learned years ago in Lamaze classes. Needless to say I want a smoke so bad I can't stand it and tired of feeling like a failure because I can't kick this thing.

I bought all the "vitiamins" that are supposed to help...they don't...Is there someone out there that can test these things to see what they are? I seen there was a Federal Trade Commission against them and they setteled it.
