 I recently got papers in the mail for a garnishment through this company. First and for most, they butchered my name. It isn't even spelled correctly. Secondly they called my girlfriend to discuss this debt.. MY GIRLFRIEND, she's not my wife.. They had no business discussing this personal matter with her. They leaked my personal info and to my that should be breaking the law. I called to talk to them about it and they say they reached out to talk l to me, but they havent. I have my phone on me all day at work, I would have known if they were trying to call. He beware people, this company likes to leak person info and garnish you right under your nose.. I would have loved to work out a payment plan.. But they didn't give me that option so that's a bummer. I will be getting an attorney for the personal info being talked about with someone who I'm not even with!
