Gore Research is a complete fraud when it comes to customer support. I bought their ScanTool program 5 years ago, and it worked fine until I tried to use the USB connection to the 'black box' and it won't connect, although this works perfectly with a number of other OBD diagnostic programs.

Repeated emails to Gore have either gone unanswered or have resulted in nasty accusations of software piracy by some nitwit named Crystal.  I did send them a copy of my purchase receipt but have gotten no response to it. 

If you need OBD software, go elsewhere.  The Gores are rip-offs, and don't listen to their lame excuses about having to support themselves with other jobs because their software isn't making them rich.  If you sell something, you have to make it work or give people their money back.
