Gorilla Gadgets This companys battery exploded and has done damage to me. - I reported to *SaferProducts.gov Santa Ana California

*Consumer Beware* In my opinion Gorilla Gadgets batteries are not safe for consumers. I bought a gorilla gadgets battery and it exploded. It blew up my phone and left three bad burnt holes in my carpet.  Oh - it could have been a very serious fire. I did send a letter to the company gorilla gadgets in detail*-see below*. gorilla gadgets responce -*see below.*  I did file a report with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and they did find problems. You can find more info at -www.saferproducts.gov/viewincident/1470632. today is July 28th and gorilla gadgets has done nothing for me and blew off my complaint. I will tell everyone I can -do not deal with this company because they do not care about their customers nor what problems their unsafe product can do. If you have bought a gorilla gadget battey- Please Stop Using It, for your own saftey.
