GoSmart Supervisor: Derek ID# 0730 No refunds after a system glitch ( confirmed by supervisor ) resulted in overcharges on my credit card - new york New York
I have been with GoSmart for only 2 months when I start having problems. Dropped calls, slow internet access and to put cherry on top my credit card was overcharged 3 times the monthly fee $114. After calling many times and being hang up on before speaking to anyone they not only recognized that there was a problem in the system which overcharged my card but they refused to refund the overcharges.
I spoke to a supervisor Derek ID 0730 who refused to give me the refund for no reason even after findind out that the problem was with them. His answer was to call customer center because they are the one responsible of this glitch. Customer center sent me right back to them saying that they don't process refunds. So I am being transfered from center to center, each blaming the other without any help.
This is the worst costumer service ever and the biggest rip off ever!!!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY, THEY RIP OFF THEIR COSTUMERS!!!!!
