GoTech Financial Ripoff Credit Card Scam, processing fee of $219.90 ripoff for nothing St. George Utah

On December 4, 2003 I received a telephone call from Gotech Financial telling me how I have been approved for a $5000.00 credit card of my choice either Mastercard or Visa with a very low interest rate. There will be however a processing fee of $219.90 and a package of banks that have approved me for this credit limit will be mailed to me 5-7 business days after they have received the processing fee. All I had to do was answer some questions and if I didn't want it to to answer no and if I am not happy with it only $189.00 will be refunded to me. I questioned the representative about the card and asked if this was a ligit offer and he told me yes. I also asked about the banks that are suppose to send me this card. He told me after I received the package to go online and choose from a list of banks and my card will be mailed to me within 2-3 business days because I have already been approved. I changed my mind after I had given my information and after I had answered the questions they were suppose to give me a number to call customer service but they cut me off before the number was even given. On the 9th of December, $219.90 was taken from my account and I have yet to see any package that was promised to me. I checked into the company on Friday the 12th of December and found several complaints on them I also found a number and an address which no one will answer or is always busy. I called my back and told them that a fraudulent company had taken money from my account and within three weeks has done the same to other people. I'm working on getting my money back as we speak.
