These are the actual letters from the government agencies that swore they could help, but nothing has been done at all. These people CAN do something to stop the predatory lending by this bank, but refuse to help what they call their Tennessee neighbors and constituients. People high in power tend to stay high in power by kissing the business owners a*s.

these letters were followed by phone calls to me from these agencies, most of the angencies have the power to deal with citizens tricounty bank, but hide behind the so-called "red tape" if our elected officials who were not just elected, but hired to do a job wont help, then why do we even need them, we dont , they are here to choke the life out of the system set to protect the citizens. i know that alot of people have seen the logo's and modo's that the government agencies have used......."to protect and serve"... yeah!!!! to protect their own a*s and to serve their interests.

Who do you think puts up the money for them to get elected. It's not right, it's just the way things are.
