American Home Mortage Servising Inc. recently aquired my mortgage from Citi Residential. Wit Citi residential I was on a Biweekly pay system making 26 yearly payments that would decrease my mortgage from 30 years of paying to 21years saving the 9 years of interest. When American Home Mortgage aquired my mortgage they refuse to continue this process .

The interest payments at one payment for the 30 years time will be over 100,000 morw then if I paid it in the biweekly. They are actually trying to steal a home by making it impossible to make a monthly payment and the forcing it to be a monthly payment that can not be made when paying other everyday bills and food for a family. All attempts to talk to these people have yielded only a staunch, non negotiable attitude. They wish to make it harder for individuals in a hard economic situation so they can steal a house and sell it later.

This is an unfair practice and It should be stopped. It is Authorized Legal Stealing and condoned by the Bankings system thta is already corupt and hungry for everythgin they can aquire for future sales, when the econmey recovers.

I didn't ask to be transferred or have my mortgage sold but I do expect the same honorable conditions I had previously or I need to have someone else hold my mortgage, that will honor the last 4 years of commitment I have had.
