 Rarely responsive when they make a mistake. I was ignored. Once a problem occurs, I suspect they are unable to correct it. Mostly, it is a computer program running their site. Once it fails, customer service (by young men and women) cannot help you. I had to send registered notification of my problem to their legal address as stated in the user agreement. Even then, poof, silence. If you have no experience with the court system, a problem with Govplanet.com, or Ironplanet.com their parent organization, will result in a very time consuming and costly court action. No one really wins in court.

Auction sites must operate under the laws governing auctioneers in the respective states where property is offered. While user agreements restrict users, it is your state that ultimately trumps their agreement once a test occurs.
