Signed up one recent day and pd. By the next day, I realized that altho they have a selection for Canadian information, either there was nothing to report under most of the categories, or, if inquiring on Cdn. info, I rec'd only US info - absolutely useless to me.
I have twice asked for a refund/credit to my credit and have rec'd no respone except to the first request, which was patronizing and inferred I was an idiot at not knowing the system!
I am absolutely livid that these US companies (with all due respect) think they can rip off the rest of the world. This is somewhat like another incident I had, and I swore not to use any of these agencies again, but had a "real need to know" about someone.
I wish to have my money back - I believe it was around $29-34 US. I am recently separated after a long term marriage, receiving no support, so those few bucks mean a lot to me.
Can someone pls respond or investigate?

GovRegistry is a US based company and we have never offered, nor
advertised that ability of retrieving international public records.
GovRegistry does not manage any online pay per click campaigns, and
does not control or endorse any third-party sites or any goods or
services sold on those sites. We do not have direct control on what is
displayed and offered by third party agents and affiliates. Please bear
in mind some data may be indexed by a search engines (internal spiders)
and may be displayed long after its actually removed or changed.
As a reputable online public records broker we require all resellers to
agree to abide by the rules and regulations set in our reseller
agreement. Any and all violations of our reseller agreement constitute
a breach of contract, consequently leading to an affiliate suspension
or expulsion from our reseller program.
