The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Bill Hunter during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward GP&M Advisory Services.

GP&M Advisory Services is a full service Business to Government Marketing and Procurement Firm. They offer several service to companies who work directly with the government including: quarterly contract compliance reporting, consulting services, and assisting in establishing sub-contracting opportunities and partnerships. CEO, Bill Hunter, sated the following in regards to his company, "not only do we help our clients obtain all of the licenses and certifications they need to be able to sell their products to the government, but then we help them promote their products."

Leads for GP&M Advisory Services are primarily obtained through sam.gov, which is a website that every company that receives a check from the government must register with. This can range from churches who receive grants for food banks to businesses that provide a product or service. GP&M Advisory Services then reached out through both phone and email campaigns to see if consumers are interested in their services. Potential clients can then reach out to further inquire with their representatives.

During the onsite interview Mr. Hunter was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Hunter gave an example of a T-Mobile employee based out of Washington who requested their services for $599.00 a year. However two weeks into the process he called in to cancel, as there was someone else in his office who handled these matters. They offered a full refund to the client, "we will refund the money and just move on because it's not worth the time or the aggravation.

CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION FROM GP&M ADVISORY SERVICES

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Hunter expressed that both comments on the site are false. The first comment came from an individual who claimed that he paid 6,000 dollars for GSA services, and then never heard back from GP&M Advisory Services. However, in the six months that their company has been in operate they have, "never sold a GSA for 6,000 dollars." The other comment came from someone posing as a skin care company based in Georgia, which stated a similar complaint. However, the only skin care client that GP&M Advisory Services has is a local company in Largo, FL. In order to assure future and current clients on their website they have a one million dollar professional liability bond, "if anybody is ever unhappy all they have to do is call them and file a claim against our bond, not a single claim has been filled."

I spent over $6 thousand dollars with this so called "company", GP & M Advisory Services. No one has returned my calls and i think i know why. (((REDACTED))). Lesson learned - ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH. Our legal team is on this. My reps name I think was Micky or Nicky. I am in the process of filing a chargeback with my credit card company. GP&M Owner Responds to Bogus Claims

GP&M appreciates the opportunity by Rip Off Report to allow us to respond to these bogus claims after their review of GP&M’s practices and history.

This and the other 2 reports & additional comments appear to be made within minutes of each other and are likely by the same "Anonymous" individual. The posters have been contacted by Rip Off Report for validation and are being asked to provide proof of these fictitious transaction and ultimately will be proven as totally false reports.

We believe this is the work of a disgruntled former employee. We have never sold a GSA client for $6000 in our entire history nor do we have a Skin Care client that paid by check. These fictional clients obviously have never asked for a refund of something that was never paid for.

We have asked Rip Off Report to attempt to validate this and other false claims with the poster(s) of these intentional slanderous accusations. There is no way any valid proof of a payment for these fictional orders can be forthcoming. Rip Off Report has verified our company and our refund and customer service policies and has classified us as "Reputable". Please see their report and findings in any GP&M search on Rip Off Reports Site.

As far as the personal slanderous accusations who they claim they spoke to as the owner and any past personal legal histories, these references and claims are two people with different names similar to the owner. This anonymous posters claim to have spoken to the owner is bogus as the GP&M has an entire staff of customer service agents, marketing department staff, and processing department staff  that handle all calls. The person or people they claim that have questionable pasts are not even remotely associated with our company. GP&M is fully Licensed, Bonded, and Insured. Included under the $1,000,000 Professional Services Bond are the entire staff, management, and ownership.

In our opinion this is just a classic example of the theory that if you throw enough mud at someone even if it's untrue and do it anonymously, it will still cause damage and you can’t be held accountable and can still hide in the shadows like a coward.

Sorry you are going through it. Our company specializes in skin care, we also sent this guy a check and so far have received ZERO service, ZERO response, and truthfully - just like your post pointed out, we also did not research this company at all. Im not even going to bother going the legal route, i've just considered it a lesson learned and have moved on.
