I first tried the toll-free number listed on TV and used my debit card. I ended up hanging up on them after so many offers and about 45 minutes on the phone. Being frustrated, I then went online and order one black bag. I called customer service to cancel the order with the debit card ... which they couldn't even find in their system, because there was no confirmation of the order. I went to my bank and they took off the charge, but it reappeared twice. I then called claims at my bank and they reversed out the charge. They told me it was too late and I would be billed for THREE bags when I only ordered one. The minute I put in the debit card number, it was order. Hanging up did nothing. When the package arrived, I returned it with the mail carrier. They are charging me $10 per bag for shipping and handling. $30 for something I cancelled and never ordered. I will never order anything again on the phone and with a debit card. I have no recourse.
Finally, the one bag I ordered on-line arrived and it was a cheap piece of garbage and couldn't hold all they said it would on TV. The strap was cloth ... not shown on the TV and there was web netting inside. I'm sure it cost about $2 to make. I ripped up the package, so couldn't just send it back with the mail carrier. They had sent me a confirmation, so I wrote them back twice asking how to return the item. There was no response. I am sending it back certified mail tomorrow and hope I will at least get a $20 credit. I know it will be another $10 for shipping and handling.
So, all in all, a very bad experience ... and costly at $40 for shipping and handling on 4 bags, when I have no merchandise that I wanted. They advertise falsely and have a terrible product. I know they have other products, but I would stay away from them.
