Grabcart.com Sale never completed/product never recieved, does not answer e-mail Toronto Ontario

I placed an order on 1-16-07 as of today I have recieved no product or messages reguarding purchase. I have requested updates. I have asked the order be canceled. Still nothing. They have not answered my repeated requests for status via e-mail or acknowledg their recipt.

I'll say this... If Grabcart took their customer service very seriously, they wouldn't lie on Google Merchant and state that their items are sold with free shipping... False Advertising is against the law. And shame on Google for letting it happen. I will find other places to shop, even if I have to pay for shipping, Grabcart is not a place where I would buy. especially after reading the horror story about the poor merchant that had to ruin their business by listing with them. I feel for you, and i hope your business took a turn for the better.

Hello,
We have reviewed the allegations made by the poster and we believe, most likely, that this is probably one of our competitors trying to ruin our good name we have worked hard to earn. We take our customer service very seriously and have assigned different teams to deal with each customer's concern or need.
We keep track and stay on top of all of the emails sent to us by sellers, buyers and customers. To make such allegations like we don't answer our emails is completely false. We know how important it is to satisfy our customers. We know that happy customers will most likely be happy buyers. We know that answering our customers emails will most likely lead to a successfully sale. Why would we not answer our customer's email?
We are now in business since 2003 and perfectly function till this day. We wouldn't be able to function, if we just ignored our customer's emails and concerns to this day. GrabCart.com is an online marketplace where there is a great opportunity for sellers to sell their products and for buyers to find low prices.
We thank all of our customers and clients who have worked with us and are currently working with us. We clearly know how important customer service is and that without our customers we wouldn't' exist.
