Grace Unlimited Steve Schafer Broke house rental lease agreement, left place suddently trashed and uncleaned, owed us money Longmont Colorado

He rented a home from us.  Initially it was him and his wife, but then his wife called us and said he had beaten her and she had to leave.  We released her from the lease and agreed to do the lease in only his name.  He signed a new lease and then suddenly left the home leaving behind boxes and other junk and an unclean home.  He owed us the remained of the lease but never paid.  We kept the deposit, but the cleanup was extensive.  He never left a forwarding contact phone or address, but we recently found him and are filing reports about what he did to us and your contractual agreement.
