Graceland Rentals LLC I had it set up for them to get payment from bank monthly. In December or January of last yr the payment was not taken out. I called them and was told that their files had been wiped out by their bank. I had emailed them. I wanted to know how many payments I had left and I was told I had 12 more, I knew that was wrong but I got stuck with that. i have been paying them. I went on to email paymenttoday when this site came up under their company. RED FALGS went off. the building should have been paid off by now. I also put down $250.00 when I purchased it. I also saw no down payment, just before I saw this site. Memphis Tennessee

I had been paying Graceland rentals LLC through my bank. It was set up for them to take the payment at BB&T. In December or January of 2013, the payment had not been taken from my account. I called them and was told that their bank had wipped out their files. I had also also emailed them. I asked how much I still owed because something did not ring true to me. I was told I owed another 12 payments which I knew I did not owe that much. I did pay them, but I have been sending it because I no longer trusted them.

this is a correction to my origional report

AUTHOR: Carol O'Gwin - ()

POSTED: Saturday, April 12, 2014

I have a few corrections to make to my origional report. I signed a contract with Graceland Rentals LLC on November 1, 2011 for the amount of $5555.16. I have paid every payment faithfully. I am only required to pay $165.11 per month and i have paid $200.00 on the monthly bill sometimes.

At the end of 2013 when my payment had not come out of my account, I inquired as to why and i was told that their bank had somehow lost all their files. I was also told that i still have 12 payments of $165.11. In the yrs of 2012 and 2013 I paid the full payment of $165.11 in fact i paid over that amount.

I am unclear at this time how long i did that however, the amount added up to $1981.32 per year so thats $3962.36 for two years. Tack on the 12 payments at $165.11, thats another $1981.32. And the Grand Total of 36 months which is three years is $5943.58.

If you take into account that i also overpaid on some of those bills, well they have way overcharged me! Also i put down a nonrefundable payment of $330.22 on the sign of the contract to be put toward the first two months payments. You do the math.

Thank you for your help and time.
