mr. jessie garza of graff chevolet in grand prairie,tx. took advantage of elderly couple that did not need a vehicle, but talked them into a used small size pick-up valued @ aprox 10,000 let's say 12,000 on high side for a 2008 model and charged them 20,000!!!!!.,then added all kinds of misc. charges to finance this 20,000. for 5 years!! @ 380.00 a month making the 4 year old small truck a financial burden to a ss fixed income 78 yr old

 30,000!!!!!! dollar truck. but of course,graff cheve.'s finance dept. had the gap insurance added to the financing.  so 2 yrs later when the victims children needed to step in to assist,the scam was exposed , yet no one seems to care nor will work  with them to try to resolve this . bmo harris bank is the accomplice to mr. garza's scam making 4.2% interest off the 30 grand used , small truck. bmo harris bank out of chicago,il.isn't even willing to give me an employers last name,or willing to speak,other than relinquist the truck back, thus having paid 9,000 which again.is the value of the truck.harris bank wants a 16,998.00 loan payoff. there is something very wrong about this and the consumers must know. so please keep in mind don't get scamed by graff chevolet and bmo harris bank financing and make sure your elderly relatives are informed, please let your churches and places of business in your community are aware so as to get the word out, in grand prairie,tx..SIGNED victim1
