My wife and I were offered a free vacation for simply watching a Grand Crowne sales presentation. We were, unfortunately, duped into believing what they said. They promised the lowest prices anywhere on travel and vacation packages. When we tried to book travel with them it turned out that they were not cheaper. In fact I was able to book travel on my own for the same price. The bad part is that we had to pay them $3000.00 for the "priviledge" of using thier services. I am still paying on that mistake.

After reading the company's rebuttal to someone else's complaint I see that they agreed to cancel his contract. That is odd because I spent half a year trying to get them to cancel my contract after losing everything in Hurricane Katrina and try as I may, they refused. Instead they tacked back on the months that I missed paying to the end of the loan and said that they did everything they could but that I did not qualify for a hardship cancellation.

This company is probably one of the biggest scams I have ever seen. They video tape all of their presentations and always say that they never lied or did anything deceptive but I will say this; go ahead and get a membership and then just try to get a good deal. You will learn quickly that they are indeed a bunch of venemous crooks.
