Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Grand Crowne Travel is in the travel business and believe me the only thing that will travel is your hard earned money. They represent themselves as a travel agency, which is no way close to the truth. They are more into time shares.

Do yourself a favor and do your own travel arrangements, it'll easier and cheaper. Use your old travel agent who does the work. I can beat their so called deals anytime onthe net. They are untimely in getting you set up and if you complain they will not even extent the courtesy of calling you back.

If you think you will be financing the fee thru your banking organization where you will get a good deal, they get a credit card for you from some company you've probably never dealt with before.

STAY AWAY from this company. I'll be glad to join any class action suit out there. And I urge everyone who has taken in be these charlitans to file with Bad Business, US Consumer Protection Agency the BBB and your state attorney general.

Great Company

Grand Crowne dealt with these individuals in a professional, courteous manner. They purchased at one of our off-site offices. Grand Crowne understands that there are times companies will unknowingly employ a ?bad apple? as a sales representative. In this case, the company did receive a ?bad apple?; therefore, we agreed to cancel their contract and refund these individuals the monies they paid to purchase their membership.

As part of this resolution, these individuals signed our mutual release form before a notary public, indicating their issues were resolved to their satisfaction and that they release and forever discharge our company of any liability in this matter. This release form allows our company to sue these individuals for slander after resolution.

Unless these individuals remove their most recent update within 30 days from the time this rebuttal is entered on this site, we will sue them for slander.

Mr. Justin Harris' fees

I contacted Mr. Justin Harris and he is NOT cheap. His firm wanted a retainer of $1000 plus $175 per hour for their time with no guarantees, which is billed as they proceed. As I under stand the contract that they sent me, the $1000 is put in escrow and you have to pay extra as they proceed with the case. It wouldn't thake very long to eat up more money than what I lost to the Grand Crowne Rip-off artist.

We got a complete refund from Grand Theft Travel. If you were ripped off I recommend you contact Justin Harris Aty in Branson. He got it done quickly, efficient and at a fair price. Good Luck!
