Grand Holidays? Joining the Grand Holidays tour was a rip-off and they discriminated against age. South San Francisco, California

The Grand Holidays Travel Agency rips off its costumers and discriminates against age. They charged an extra $280 dollars for a tour to China because my daughter was under the age of 18, saying that the extra charge was for the shopping expenses that a legal adult would be estimated to pay. They have no right to determine whether or not a minor has the ability to pay for shopping expenses and they should not force people to shop. They did not state in their brochures or information packets that the $280 would be added to the tour. We already had to pay for full adult price for a minor, so they had no right to charge only her an extra $280 because we paid just as much as any other costumer. This is age discrimination and should not be allowed. We want everyone to know how bad of a travel agency this company is and they should not be allowed to do this to other consumers.
