 Grand Loft Custom was the WORST experience I have ever had in my life dealing with a vendor. Diane Eustachy or Bowen, the owner of Grand Loft Custom, is the most unprofessional, unreliable, flaky person I have ever dealt with. She avoids calls (never picks up her phone) and doesn't respond back to emails in a timely manner. Seriously, stay away from this company. We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Our story: My girlfriend and I ordered a custom table and bench from this custom furniture vendor, Grand Loft Custom, back in September 2013 with promise from Diane that it would be completed and delivered in 4-6 weeks, before Thanksgiving. As of beginning of February, 2014, four months later, no table, no bench, not even a picture after multiple requests, which she promised over and over to provide to us... nothing. I speculate our table and bench had not even been started. Every picture request was denied or forgotten. Every time we did a surprise visit at her shop to check out our table and bench, it was "always at the other shop." After over a dozen broken promises, excuses, and lying about both the completion of our table and bench and its delivery, we got so frustrated we decided to call it quits and ask for our refund back. We had to threaten Diane with going to the POLICE for fraud. In addition, our full refund was delayed twice with more excuses and lying about not having sufficient funds even though we gave plenty of notice time for reimbursement. It was an absolute nightmare. I've never been so mistreated as a customer.

We eventually got our refund back in cash, but the sad truth is that we were jerked around and lied too for four months. Just absolute compulsive lying and flakiness from the owner over and over again. There was no shame. If you are anyone other than a celebrity customer, stay as far away from this custom furniture store as possible. They will truly place you at the bottom of their priority list and fill you with infinite broken promises along the way.
