The apartments have faulty wiring for electricity, is charging for water without benefit of water meters, has asbestos and is using pesticides, even though Stout Management knows they have persons living at the property that are chemically sensitive or have Gulf War Vets Syndrome! The owners of Grand Plaza apartments have listed residential apartments as a "BUSINESS" and not a residential property, to avoid being brought into court by former renters of this mis classified property. This is an admission of continuing fraud as they have reported it to government officials.

Immediately check your credit reports, this is where you will find that Grand Plaza has your former residence listed as a business. File complaints with the United States Department of Housing. Send them pictures, copies of leases and any other information you may have. Don't let them get away with it.
