Is there anything worse than winning $800 at an online casino you've patronized for more than 3 years only to be told it won't payout?  OMG!  The Grand Prive group of casinos are a complete and total ripoff!

Anyone who gambles at any of the Grand Prive casinos, Bella Vegas, Casino Grand Bay, Jupiter Club, Lake Palace or Roadhouse Reels is throwing money away.  These casinos will find a way to justify not paying you.  Their terms and conditions are ridiculous.

Worse still is the fact that the staff are rude and completely unreasonable.  Again, if you gamble at a Grand Prive casino, you do so at your peril!

The Truth of the Situation

AUTHOR: EJ McQuaid - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 20, 2011

Grand Prive states I have opened and played using 22 accounts and was only entitled to 1 account.

I did have 5 accounts, one at each of the 5 Grand Prive casinos.  In order to play at each of Grand Prives five casinos, a player is required to open an account at each.  For example: Opening an account at Jupiter Club DOES NOT automatically create an account at the other 4 casinos.  Monies deposited can ONLY be accessed and played via the casino at which the funds were deposited.  For example:  Funds deposited at Jupiter Club CANNOT be accessed or played at any of the other 4 casinos.  As a result, players have NO CHOICE but to have more than one account.

Grand Prive states I won and claimed funds under false pretenses.  This is not the case.  I did win at more than one of its casinos during 2010.  I never won or claimed funds under any promotion at the same casino twice.  I did take advantage of specific promotional offers made during 2010 when Grand Prive changed its gaming software.  These offers were mailed directly to me at my home and were accepted and played in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the materials I received.  All

winnings paid and received under these promotions were completely legitimate and ALL terms and conditions met.

Grand Prive interprets the terms and conditions on its website to mean that if a player has ever had more than one account, active or inactive, all future winnings are forfeit.  Neither of the two terms and condition documents on the website states anything of the sort.  One document governs bonuses and promotions and the second document governs other, more general and overall concerns.

It must be noted that the winnings currently being forfeited were not the result of any type of bonus or promotion.  The winnings were the result of a deposit made from a Visa account used solely on the active Casino Grand Bay account.  All play through requirements had been exceeded and I had complied with all terms and conditions when requesting withdrawal of my winnings.

Grand Prive states that it has already refunded me $165, representing all deposits made to my account since 2010.  I have not been provided with information or details about dates, amounts, and card numbers to which these credits have allegedly been made.  I have reviewed my records and found that I have registered, used, activated, and deactivated numerous prepaid, single use credit cards since July 2010 to make deposits at Grand Prives five casinos.  The total deposits at all five casinos since July 2010 is $1,060.00.  Given Grand Prives determination that ALL winnings since July 2010 should have been forfeited, I should be refunded ALL of the funds I deposited at EACH of Grand Prives five casinos and not just the $165 deposited recently at one, Casino Grand Bay.

The facts of the matter are:  I have NEVER had an unfair advantage, received or used a bonus I wasnt

actually eligible for, profited financially from any transaction made under false pretenses, tried to hide my identity, or purposely mislead anyone associated with Grand Prive.  I have been upfront and acted in good faith.  Grand Prive on the other hand done neither!

The Truth Eludes Grand Prive

AUTHOR: EJ McQuaid - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 19, 2011

The allegations made in the rebuttal by Grand Prive are completely false!  They are trying to attribute accounts opened by a man who lived in the apartment upstairs from me to me.  Grand Prive's terms and conditions do state that each player may only have one account.  I did only have one active account.  My account names were changed because they were linked to email addresses I no longer had access to.  This was all done through Grand Prive customer service.  I had been told by Grand Prive staff and confirmed myself by trying to log in, that the only active account was the one I was using.  I never played two accounts simultaneously nor did I ever defraud Grand Prive.  The only account I was able to access and use was the account I used.  Grand Prive continued to process my deposits knowing all the while they would never pay out any winnings.  How is that right?  You play at Grand Prive at your own peril.  Please review other casino review websites...you will see that Grand Prive has a long history of defrauding customers and is not regulated or overseen by any international internet gaming authority.  The only authority that Grand Prive answers to is Grand Prive.  I have commenced action to have Grand Prive shutdown in the United States.  I will work tirelessly to make sure that this happens.

I contacted Grand Prive by email and phone too many times to count and requested to speak with someone in an attempt to straightenout this matter.  It never happened.  All I received were emails messages stating my questions had been forwarded to someone else for response.  But, no response was ever sent or attempted.  Again, how is that good business?

Grand Prive is in the business of ripping off customers.  It is not in the business of operating an above board, legitimate internet gaming site.  Spend your money at a casino who will actually payoff when you win.  One that won't decide after reviewing your account history that if you win more than you've deposited suddenly your winnings are forfeited!

Response to EJ McQuaid - matter resolved

AUTHOR: Grand Prive - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, July 18, 2011

Dear Ms. McQuaid,

Since 03/04/2010 you have registered 22 separate accounts with the Grand Priv group, using different email addresses and different names. You registered these accounts using the same credit card, password, physical address, and from the same IP address. The accounts were active during the period and you took unfair advantage of our generous free money offers.

You did successfully cash-out on four separate occasions before your fraudulent activity was detected.

We engaged in a discussion with you following our refusal to allow you to cash-out your latest win of $800. During this discussion you suggested to us that in order to resolve the situation, the casino should refund you your deposits since your last cash-out. We agreed to this, and refunded you an amount of $165 and now consider the matter closed.

It is clearly stated on our General Terms and Conditions that only one account is allowed per player:
Only ONE account per player is allowed. The Player shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse the Player's account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Web site, accept any prize, or participate in the Games.

It is also clearly stated in our Promotional Terms and Conditions that winnings will be void should it be found that a player has multiple accounts.
6. Each individual player is entitled to one (1) account only. Winnings will only be paid to players having one account. In cases where a player has more than one account, winnings will be VOID.

Regards,
Grand Priv Casino Management.
