Grand TV Box I was wondering what was taking so long, now I have the answer, uggggh wish I would have used paypal. or read this report before I gave them my bank card info. Crap.. California Internet

I was wondering what was taking so long, now I know..... wish I would have seen this 2 weeks ago when I entered my order and gave them my debit card info !  Never again  always use paypal.

Grand tv box apology

I did recieve the box but I refused shipment. Their customer service was excellent in responding and issuing credit. This site does not allow removing my complaint. I do want to apologize for assuming this was another illegitimate internet company. This could have been avoided if they said allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
