www.campershoesoutletsale.net refused money refund Internet

I bought a pair of camper shoes on the internet which costs me 144euros(later I discovered they charged me 152) and I received the lousy package with the shoes that I didn't even realised they were what i had ordered on the website http://www.campershoesoutletsale.net/  they are not even "fake" just the shoes with strange chinese brand. The customer service kept telling me that he/she is authorized to give only 10% back of the money refund even I send it back.

They have more than one website like this. I think if costumer service using "hotmail" or "gmail" it's very likely that you are falling victim ...
