The manager of this property lies, pretty much to every renter. I think her name is Gloria. She will do everything to steal from your pocket, before you sign the lease , while you are there as a renter and after you have left. They will steal your stuff , throw away your stuff, threaten you with lawsuits, send you to collections and pretty much try to ruin you in any way they can , and on top of it make it look like as if you brought it upon yourself. To them you are nothing but a piece of s**t who needs to be abused , stolen from and then kicked out. so many horror stories from previous renters that its difficult to believe. And once you have left , if an item from amazon or eBay or overstock gets shipped to you at your previous address , these people will keep it  for their own personal use.

They hold a grudge against you forever, they are vindictive, they are dishonest and they are probably the worst in longmont. I know I should have gone to fox ridge or legends, but i made the mistake of not doing research. SO if you are reading this don't make the same mistake, these people will rob you any which way then can and laugh in your face, like demons which they really are.
