Grant Educational Resources ripoff they took my money, and I never recived my grant papers. New York City New York

I recieved a phone call from a man named Chris Fraser. He informed me that I had been aproved by the government for a grant for at least $5,000 and up to 12,000.
It was great news, except for the fact that, when they recieved my full payment of $298, I never recieved my grant papers. I got in contact with the company,and thats almost impossible.

Never the less, i was told that i would recieve the papers in 21 business days,so, i waited, nothing came,come to find out,they had the wrong address,I gave it to them again.

Now, after being told that my papers have been sent out three times and I still have not gotten anything yet, I'm a little ticked off.

This company recieved my payment on Feb 6 2006. Today is May 22 2006 and I still don't have my papers. This company is a scam, and I will do everything in my power to bring it down.
