I started receiving charges from this company on my credit card just like Adriana. The difference is that I did at one time ordered a CD from one of these companies. I say one of them because there are TWO with the exact same name except their websites - one ends in .com and one in .net but they appear to use the same metod to rip people off. They place a looooong "terms" page on their site in which is hidden the $39.95 recuring charge information. They say it also comes on your receitp that you should "read it carefully" - problem is MINE NEVER ARRIVED. SInce I do not pay the bills here I was not aware of this until I was asked about it THREE months later. I followed the advice to demand and be persistent and was able to dispute the charges (This and another company FUN FAMILY REWARDS are both fraudulently on this bill) and I was able to dispute them both. I WAS told "it was over 60 days" and asked Form E. The supervisor I talked to said there was something in their system about Form E but she would have to ask them to send me one because she did not have it - which was fine. I pointed out to them that I have to jump through 25 hoops to get them to give me information on my card but ANYONE can charge on it. The rebuttal you received concerning Adriana Nunez complaint is all wet! He said:The owners and operators of Grant Funding Mentor are the most honest people I have met and had the pleasure to work for. They really try to help people. I would not work there if I didn't truly believe that. _ I think they are deceitful and underhanded. They tell you you will receive a product FREE then charge &1.99 shipping and the HIDE that they will continue to bill your card in a receipt that most people - like me NEVER RECEIVE! Then they sit back and take your money fro no effort on their part - sounds FRAUDULENT to me!

It always seems to amaze me how people won't take responsibility for their own actions. How they try to blame others for their mistakes. The they use complaint boards online to b***h about they were wronged when they screwed up in the first place.
You ordered a product or service online, you were charged for that product or service. If you didn't want the product or service, don't order it. If there is a problem with your product or service, call the company. You can usually get the phone number right off your credit card statement.
I have used the services from Grant Funding Mentor and found them very helpful. I paid for the services and when I was done with them I canceled my account. Just like it said to do when I signed up. Easy!
Instead of complaining that life is unfair, do something. Complaining will do you no good. Then do something good for someone else. It will make you feel better and Karma will bless you.

I refer to the original complaint by someone else.
There was a rebuttal by that companies employee
saying that they are the most honest people in the world.

I just reviewed my montly credit card statement and saw a charge
of $29.95 from GrantFundingMentor.Com.
MAKE NOTE! I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS COMPANY IN MY LIFE!!!
This scam ripoff of a company charged me and most likely
thousands of others $29.95 on their credit cards. Most likely
hoping people don't scrutinize their monthly credit card statements
like I do. I called their 800 reference number on my credit card statement.
I got a recording to go to another web site. On that website there was
merely a field box asking me to type in the first 4 digits and the last 4
digits of my credit card, type my message in a box and then press submit.
AS IF I WAS GOING TO DO THAT!
I've sent a letter to my credit card company detailing this transaction and
they have been excellent in crediting back disputed amounts.
So much for that rebuttal from an employee saying they are the most
honest people in the world!
