Grant Instructor - Grant Resource Center I did not receive any replies to my e-mails and when I call the 800 number I am unable to reach a person Las Vegas Nevada

I signed up for 1.95 to access this website with grant funding information this was a 1.95 change with no mention of a 7 day trial, I did not get a cd like other say they did.

I found a 49.50 charge on my CC a few months later which I disputed today, I also informed my CC company a month ago that I wanted the 1.95 disputed also because they would not rely to any of my e-mails, I also found out later that all the information they supply is free at http://www.grants.gov/
The owner from what I understand is Nick Ramos, I would like to speak with Nick but can't get a live person on the line.

Nick if you read this I would like to give you the oppertunity to refund my money with no problems.
