Grant Masters Rip Off Artists with incompetent customer service!! Internet

First of all, I had to track down this company online because an anonymous charge of $38.84 appeared on my bank statement with no contact information associated with it. After speaking with three separate customer service reps on three separate occasions (two of which asked me to call back the following day because their offices apparently close at 5 pm), no one could clearly explain to me what the charges were for or when I authorized membership to such a ridiculous company and never recieved follow up information about it. The third time I called, a rep explained to me that by signing up for another trial period I may have been automatically signed up for this garbage, however, half way through the conversation this rep put me on hold and after 9 to 10 minutes never came back on the line!!!!!!

I am pretty much sure that these scam artists are not going to refund this charge because of how they are skillfully avoiding me but I just want to make sure that they cannot continue to charge my account. Something like this has happened to me before and I ended up having to cancel my atm card. It was such an inconvenience, I'd hate to have to go through that again. Any suggestions???? This company should not be able to do business so incompetently because I've read about numerous complaints from unsatisfied customers. Somebody take this company down!!!!! Someone should be jailed for tricking people like that!!!!!
