Sounds like such a great deal. $1.97 for a cd full of information to help me get a grant. First, the cd doesn't even work. Then, I call the customer service number to tell them and specifically asked them if I was going to be charged anything further. They assured me that I had NOTHING to worry about and were kind of thrown off by my question. Then, a week later they charged my debit card $99!!! Wierd hu? The customer service number is now not working!
