Grant Seeker Pro Beat Me, Rob Me and Scam Me Yorba Linda, California

I was looking for government funding on the web and found Grant Seeker Pro. This turned out to be a very very bad mistake. After several conversations with Donna Larkin, a customer rep who sells the product, she convinced me that this was a great program and many people have already received grants using there proven methods.

I then specifically asked her if the program was not useful to me would I be able to get an immediate refund. She responded, Yes, of course. Well, I got the program in the mail and took a good look at it, and came to the conclusion that most of the information in there was repetitive and simply not very useful.

When I tried to call back to cancel, no one answered the phone. I left many messages to call me back and no one did. Finally, I used my cell phone to call, and I was able to get someone right away. hmmm??? Donna Larkin was still trying to convince me of this program merits and I said NO!!!! I then asked where I should send it back and she hesitated and then referred me to a website.

I ended up calling back the company only to get this rude, offensive and condesending individual who just happened to be the Customer Relations Manager. His name is Michael Davis. He has anger managment issues and called me a jerk and then hung up on me. Great customer service Mikey!!!!!

Stay away from this company!!! They suck!!!!
