My husband and I ordered the Free Grant Money bokk and CD from the website of GSP (Grant Seeker Pro) we received the package on 1-7-05 and read thru the material, only to find out that we could not apply for Grants to use for my medical expenses, and my husband to get implants, which he desperately needs. I sent back the package in it's entirety on 1-10-05 along with a letter explaining why we wanted a refund, this was done at the Post Office and mailed by Priority Mail, which I was told would get to Yorba Linda California in 3 days.
At this time I called Grant Seeker Pro, and spoke with Tina who ask for my last name and zip code, she said the package was received back on the 13th and we should receive a full refund in 3 - 5 business days, it is now 1-24-05 and still no refund, I again phoned the company today, and spoke with a Robert who informed me that he could not find where we mailed back the material.
We are getting the run around from this company and need your help in expediting our refund for something we can not use. The company says they give back a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee on their products, I did exactly as their instructions said for us to do in order to receive this refund. We feel we have been ripped off.

We are a little confused as to who the person spoke to the second time as we do not have a Robert who works for us. We do have a record of her talking to Tina and refund was issued on way back on 01/31/2005. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience or confusion created by our company.
