I ordered a CD form this company that, according to their advertisement, would be mailed to me as I was only supposed to be paying for shipping and handling. I never received this shippment, but did notice in checking the activity on my checking account that the amount for the CD and a $69 dollar fee had been deducted from my account.
How can they void the contract by not sending what the promised and still charge for services that I have not been able to use. When the female I spoke with, english not her primary language, told me that it would be useless to speak to a supervisor, another person with english limits, as she would tell me the same thing.
This is a lot of money for someone who receives income once monthly. Is there anyway that I can have my money refunded since I was not the one who voided the contract.
