Contract on 14 Feb 2011 contract to validate
Dispute began: 2 March 2011 email to validate
--------------------------------
Company will not perform/breach his contract in the following areas:
1)Represent your organization as a Non-Profit Organization, even if you are a for-profit organization
2)No Account for any of your funds: Security Deposit, Retainer Fees
3)Provide an invalid Grant Proposal Report (list of potential funding sources)
4)Provide invalid grant makers
5)Will not provide monthly updates
6)Communication will not be value-added but filled with empty promises!
7)Next to none-existence follow through

Conclusion: Don't bother checking out his information with the Colorado Secretary of State as he has filed fraudulent documents, e.g., Articles (and document filed with the State) has an address that is inaccurate (it is on property that is owned by the builder, that was finished in Jan 2011 and listed for sale in Feb 2011.); he does not have a board but represents himself as a non-profit, etc.

AUTHOR: Grace Unlimited Corp - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, September 04, 2011

This customer is emotionally un-stable. That was determined after only 1 week of working with him. I received countless emails everyday asking for things that any normal businessman would have thought to have been entirely out of context with the proper methods of doing business. That's first.

At the beginning of our relationship I told him that there was two types of grants he could apply for, profit corp grants and nonprofit corp grants. But to qualify for both he had to establish his 501c3 nonprofit status. Which he agreed to do. That was in process. As a course of setting up, requesting and applying for both types of grants, the process was being implemented.

After countless hours of research and development along with grants being drafted and submitted, he decided he could not afford to continue the work. Because he had not given it enough time for grant makers to respond to the requests submitted he felt he could not wait and demanded me to refund all of his money. According to the contract there was a $500.00 deposit to be applied to his first grant fee and $250.00@ month retainer. Also in the contract there was an agreement that in the order of customer canceling the contract all the the funds paid in the deposit was to go towards all of the research and development up to that point. So he had no due cause to demand a refund.

All of the statements including that my company was not a nonprofit simply are not true. I filed my Colorado Nonprofit Corporation documents and established it in 2009. I had not established a 501c3 with IRS because there was issues to consider as to my corporations Board of Directors. It was further ordered by the Board of Directors to close this corporation in 2012. A new profit corporation was formed called Grant Writer, Steven Schafer that operated as a dba under Grace Unlimited Corp. in 2011. Which is also stated in our contract.

All of the statements of misrepresenting his company are totally false. I represented him as a profit corporation with process of forming his 501c3. All nonprofit grant makers will accept requests as long as the nonprofit company receives their nonprofit status with IRS before any checks issued.

As far as the address, I had just recently moved my home that I work from. I was not required by Colorado Secretary of State to file that change until Jan of 2012.

I request that this filing be removed immediately from the website.
Sincerely, Steven Schafer
