Granton just start in Indonesia bout 4 months ago, so for the people out there who don't know yet please BEWARE!

Since the first i'view (i was called observer), they already lying bout how much i will get and how good opportunity here in granton and also bout the paycheck day. They said i will get paycheck every 2 weeks, and i will earn bout 1,5 million each week. Means 6 millions per month. But the truth is, i wait until my first 2 week and i get nothing, they said i will get my paycheck in the next 2 week. Not forget to mention that the rules bout product change everyday, so many of my applications rejected without any information before. I pay all my transport, meal, phone bill, even the photocopy of application form sometimes i hav to do it outside on the field. Office did not support anything. They teach us bout law of cust service: Never lie to cust. But "its ok lie to employee".

They always tell us not to be stress, in work we have to relax, no target. Well, Hello! of course there's no target, cause we don't get basic salary! i work monday-saturday, from 07.00 am-07.00 pm. Sometimes they hav class in sunday also. They'll brainwash you everyday, tell you good things, promises that never comes.
But it only take me 2 weeks to realize that this is bull s**t. My parents did not send me to college to do the door to door sales thing.

So, i demand for my rights after i do all my responsibilities. that seems fair. although when i resign i did not get all of my money back, but i choose to leave rather than loose more money. just take the rest of my money as a BONUS. poor u granton, u steal money from those who leave.

I also thank for this website, coz i found out that i'm not the only one who think this company is big jerk. For all of my life and my work experience, this is the first time when it comes to paycheck day, i don't know how much i'll get. For everyone in Indonesia, watchout granton coming and for those who already walk in the trap, get out before u became older and its gonna be to late to regret.

After all there's one thing is good bout granton, u'll be healthy coz you walk everyday. door to door. makes ur a** tigher. juice!
