Graphic Designs Unlimited and Judy Kosterman GDU Graphic Designs Unlimited Judy Kosterman RIP OFF company Unethical Switch and Bate Glendale, California

I paid Judy Kosterman to complete a brochure and flyer for my business in December 2010.  She played many games with me and took forever to get anything done and demanded more money after my initial payment.  I did not want to take the chance of being burned for what I had paid so I agreed to pay her another $500 with the agreement that my account would be paid in full status on both projects and that she would mail Cds and prints. Now we are in June, and after she had already cashed my check and agreed to mail my products she is stating she cannot mail my product until I pay her another $117 for sales tax.  This is very unjust and outrageous.  I have an email from her on May 20, 2011, 9:58 AM stating "You will send a check for $500.00, which will be considered final payment for the Brochure and Flyer."  She is very deceptive and unprofessional business woman.  I have tried to resolve the matter with her and she is standing by the unethical way she is doing business and refusing to send my products.   I am worried other people will be victimized by her switch and bate tactics, the same way I have been.  Please steer away from Graphic Designs Unlimited of Glendale, this is a rip off company, and Judy Kosterman is a deceptive business person.
