Great American Gunstock Company Henery Pohl ripped me off, charged my credit card $413.75 for a gunstock that i didn't get Yuba City, California

I called Great American Gunstock Co. An Henery Pohl , Nov/2007 to order a Gunstock, Henery told me he could build the stock as soon as he had made repairs to his shop. I called him back in 3 weeks, I was told that it would be 2 weeks longer. I called him in Dec./2007 He took my order. Henery told me the stock would be out in 2 weeks. He needed my credit card number to confirm order. I gave him my card number. I called him in two weeks was told by Henery that it would be 2 more weeks. On 2/6/2008 my credit card was charged 413.75 dollars. I was told the stock would cost 250 dollars. I called Henery on on 2/15/2008 gunstock hadn't arrivied at my home. Henery told me the reason was the stock was not made yet. I asked about the credit card had been charged , Henery told me that the stock was beening made an would be shipped out that week. Called twice more when stock didn't show up. I called Henery on 3/15/2008 He couldn't find the order for the stock after 10 minutes on hold Henreytold me the Stock hadn't been put in the works to be built yet. I told Henery that I would Call him back that I had to call the customer that I had ordered the stock for. I called Henery back within 45 minutes an told him to cancel my order He told me that he had moved my order to the front of the line. I told henery to refund my credit Card Company the 413.75 dollard Henery got up set an told me he would Keep all the money an hung up on me. I notified my credit card company an filed a dispute with them. At this time Henery an the Great American Gunstock Company have not contacted me or refunded my money.
