The owner of this company's name is John Baile. He came across as extremely professional and courteous when I first met with him regarding performing work at my home. He made me feel very comfortable that I was hiring the right person to do the job because he said he and his family would perform all the work themselves. We were promised work would be complete in 1 day and they could probably start in 2 weeks.

After thoroughly walking hm theough the project and setting up a very generous timeline for him, he provided me with an estimate within a few hours. His price was a little higher than others I received but his company had a good reputation with the BBB and Yelp so I chose him. Lower price doesn't always get you the best job. I was required to give him 60% up front so he could obtain the material and put my project on their schedule.

He was given 4 weeks to complete the project-which was a split rail fence with wire in the back yard to contain my dogs. 4 weeks before I was going to move into this house. 4 weeks of no one there, no distractions, just get it done before I move my dogs there. 4 weeks.  I did not hear from him after week one. I called him. I emailed him. I finally received a response a few days later blaming the weather. He was delayed. OK. We have 3 more weeks. Now they are scheduled to complete my one day project on Thursday the following week. Thursday came and went hearing nothing again. I called, I emailed. I receive a response back of yet another weather delay. Well, these things happen. Now we have 2 weeks until my big move. I am now on the schedule for Friday the following week. Guess what? The pattern continued for 7 weeks! I moved into the house with no fence for my dogs. I called him constantly and constantly was fed one excuse after another. I had to walk my dogs by myself 3 dogs on leashes around my property because this guy couldn't make a schedule properly! 

The project was not completed for 9 weeks, during which he sometimes returned my phone calls, and when he did he was rude. He left me hanging for many weeks during which time he had thousands of dollars of my money and I had absolutely nothing to show for it. After I was at my wits end with him, my husband was just about to pay him a personal visit when he called and told me he would be out the next day.He had a 3 hispanic workers with him that did not speak english. Family, huh? They completed the work in 6 hours. I paid him his balance and couldn't wait to be rid of him. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Although we understand peoples fustration when jobs are delayed and the weatherdidnt help. Twelve out of 20 work days it rained and into Febuary we had our first grandchild and closed for 2 1/2 weeks which was explained to them before signing a contract. I almost though they had the wrong company because we do not have or had in the last three years any Latin employes. We are glad they did get the fence they wanted installed at a great price!
