They want 1,320 us $ non res. tax and pay for a handler if I cant go myself. 1,000,000p is almost 2million us $
They say I won 1-10-07 6 plus bonus but the numbers they sent only show 5 plus bonus.

This is a scam, you won nothing. It's simple, did you enter an overseas lottery? If not, how could you win? This is spam email sent ot everyone and they probably get about 40% of people to fall for it.
Never respond to spam, never send money via western union, never send money to secure "winnings" or "loans".
I get about 10 of these a week, just delete them
