Everyone smiles as you walk in because they are about to rip you off!
There is no way to call the employees stylists since they are promised training but receive NONE! The ONLY instructions they hear is "shave it all off". Unless, you are unfortunate and find yourself in Jennifer's or Adolfo's chair who cut the BARE minimum to force you to come back for another hair cut. Meanwhile, these customers believe their hair is growing in quicker than usual.
Than there are the hair cuts who have no name except "one of a kind" since the ones holding the scissors i.e, Raminta will cut whatever she feels like it giving you the worst hair cut of your life. Don's bother complaining to the owner since they don't care about you!
