Once you get in there they tell you everything you want to hear about matches even that there are Atlanta Falcon's players and other celebrities in their confidential database that you will have access to. You are also told that you only have that meeting to sign up; you cannot ever come back if you do not sign up right then. You cannot go home to think about it, you can't even go out to your car to think about it!! It is now or never!

They wanted $6000 out of me including finance charges. I really wanted to find a nice person who had a clean background and in this economy, love is what everyone who does not have it is looking for. I said No! Three times and was up against time for another engagement. Mike Ware made me feel obligated for wasting his two hours! He kept changing the terms. I signed just to get out of there, as I felt a bit threatened!

They get you with those signs with the city you live in followed by single.com or org. It's them, don't call, don't go!! Research this site; they have been getting people for years now. I realized that I was not emotionally ready for this type of service and was still in-love with someone else. I called to cancel or pay a fee to get out and they will not return my call.

If you are a victim of this in Georgia, we need to find an attorney to stop these practices. There are many of us that they have done this to, we have to stop this practice and get the Act passed that is pending to allow a three day "cooling off" period for these types of services.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Same experience, same guy(Michael Ware)

Hey "Misled Consumer", we were given the same song and dance by the same guy, Mr. Ware. We can actually help each other get out of that contract and maybe get back whatever you've already paid them.

I'm currently having the contract and some other evidence reviewed by an attorney and then I will be suing for rescission (voiding of the contract) in small claims court. You can do the same(no need for a lawyer) and your chances of winning will be increased greatly if we show up at each other's hearings and tell the truth, exactly what happened. I'm familiar with the small claims court process and I can tell you that from my experience witnesses telling the same story, about the same guy, go a long way.

Also, I have evidence that they keep people on their website even if they haven't logged in or used the service in months, even years. I'll be suing to have the contract voided based on violations of GA consumer protection laws and possibly breach of contract as well. Would you like to join me? Could be fun! You don't have to just sit there and take it.

If you're interested in getting together, I wonder how we can contact eachother since they don't allow posting of contact info on this site? Well hey, let's figure it out.
