Great Expectations Ripoff crafty intimidating arm-twisting sales people dishonest consumer unfriendly San Francisco California

recieved telemarket call 2/4/04, spoke with pleasent women, whom knew alot about personal life. She talked the talk well, when I asked about price she told me it varies with everyone, asked for ball park figure, same response, asked is it $100.00, $500.00, same response. there are THREE different pricings starting at $4100.00. thus begins the ripoff. I was having surgery on 2/6 she managed to squeeze me in next day. GE called twice at work to make sure I was comming.

I went to office introduced to Elizabeth my "dating coach". She proceeds to lead me down the path of failed marriage, relationships etc. Which for me is very emotional. Then she tells me I am what men are looking for no kids, own home, good job. Then comes Sticker Shock. $4100, $4600 and $6000 I think.

At that point I tell her I want to think about it, no way. I told her I wanted to wait till after surgery, talk to friends, check them out etc. She would have none of it, she started intimidating me, and at one point yelled at me. I gave in I signed.

I felt sick to my stomach, the next morning at 6:00 am I was in the operating room. Yes it is my fault I did not read entire contract, 3 day cancellation. But for the next 2 weeks I was not thinking about much but to get better. When I was I tried to cancell my contract. NO WAY they will not even work with me and I take part of the loss. Oh but I can still come in and start process. Over my dead body !! I just want my money back and to forget about this. Needless to say I am angry at myself for allowing her to get to me. but they get you in an emotionally low self esteem position and you have no hope of getting out of there with out paying
