We discovered that TLG Great Fun had been charging our credit card $11.99 per month since April 09 when my wife ordered two pairs of shoes from FootSmart. We did not authorize TLG Great Fun nor give them our credit card number, so apparently Footsmart shared this information with TLG Great Fun. I contacted TLG Great Fun and asked for the $119.90 fraudulently billed, but have not received any indication that they will refund the money.
The solution to this issue for all of us who have been ripped off by TLG Great Fun is to contact the company which gave them our information and advise them that they are no longer receiving our business. The following is the e-mail I sent to Footsmart:
"Footsmart apparently has an arragnement with a company called TLG Fun in which Footsmart shared credit card numbers and security information. According to your representative, my wife was credited $20 on an order placed with Footsmart. My receipts on that order do not show any credits. Be that as it may, my wife did not provide any card numbers or personal information to TLG Fun. Over the past 10 months, TLG Fun has charged the credit card $11.99 per month based on that order. In 2009, I have receipts showing that we purchased $335.13 worth of products from Footsmart - but no more. Due to Footsmart's association with TLG Great Fun, we will not be doing business with Footsmart in the future. I don't agree with your principles of giving a discount (if such a thing occurred) to someone who signs up with TLG Great Fun. If you give discounts, then why not to your regular customers without exposing them to fraud and ripoff?"

TLG Great Fun resolved my complaint
AUTHOR: Don - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Monday, March 01, 2010
This update is to the report I filed regarding TLG Great Fun charging my credit card for 10 months at $11.99 per month without my permission. I contacted TLG Great Fun before filing my original complaint, was told that they could not reimburse the amount, but I could leave a message with their resolution center. After no return call from the resolution center, I filed the report. Several days later, the resolution center did call. After discussing the issue with the person who called, they agreed to reimburse me fully for the unauthorized charges. As of today, those reimbursements appeared on my credit card account when I checked via the web, so TLG Great Fun did reimburse the charges.
I still have an outstanding issue with FootSmart, the other company involved in this that gave TLG my credit card number. I am waiting for a response to the letters I wrote that company.
