Great Lakes Roofing Corporation Grossly overpriced, misleading quotes, won't stand behind their promise Germantown, Wisconsin

I contacted the company about a roof leak. Their representative described what  the cause was. The company negotiated and agreed to a price for the repair. The  repair did not fix the leak. When I first contacted them about the problem, the  representative told me that they stand behind their work. The company sent a  crew out to look at the leak issue again. They did something that they did not  charge me for, but the leak continued. The company sent a crew out a third time,  and the crew performed some more work. The leak continued. I called the rep  again. He said there was nothing more he could do about it. The company then  sent me a bill for the additional work without my agreement. My assumption was  that they were still trying to "stand behind their work", until I received the additional billing. The manager then agreed to credit me the cost of the additional billing but that they would charge me for any further attempts to fix the leak. I still have the leak and the company has made no further effort to fix the problem. I have been proactive through out this whole process. I have always initiated the phone calls leaving multiple messages with out a call back. The company rep seemed to drag out this process saying he would get back to me but didn't. As the issue progressed his story changed from "we stand behind our work" to the entire roof needs to be re-shingled. I finally called to talk to someone higher up in the company. After a lengthy conversation with the manager I am still not satisfied. The manager claims they did the work they charged me for. I claim I was being charged to fix a leak and I still have the leak. They are now telling me I need to replace all the shingles on my roof. This feels like a bait and switch to me. I feel cheated by this company and it seems clear to me that they don't stand behind their work.

Because of all the jerking around I received from this Great Lakes Roofing I no longer trust or have faith in the management of this company.  The only thing that would satisfy me is a full refund of what they charged me.
