IT ALL BEGINS JUNE 29TH AND GOES DOWNHILL FROM THERE!!! ordered a 300cc scooter from these guys that i was told was INSTOCK and ready for delivery..that i would have it in 10-15 days..i took that and ran with it why? because another website told me that they had them but on back order..although 500 less i didnt want to wait a month!! so i bit and ordered my bike..                                                       well after waitin 10 days ..i call and get the famous, OH WE WERE JUST ABOUT TO CALL YOU routine..so i said ok about what? the response was..well your bike that you ordered is on back order so you have to wait ..(this is on the 18th of july) till the begining of august..WTF!! i could have ordered with the other company and saved 500 because they told me i would wait till the beggining of aug...       enter that evening i get a call from the sales rep..he tells me that i will get the bike the 24th of july and that everything is alright...just wait for the tracking number and i can track whats going on..here it is july 23rd..no tracking number no calls no nothing..so i call...now the sale rep gives me up to the production supervisor who tells me i have to wait for august 3rd...really??? wtf!! so much for the 10 to 15 days...so i wait...august 2nd arrives..no tracking number no call no nothing..you guessed it..no bike..now i call the3rd and they tell me i have to wait till the 17th!!!! really..not gonna happen,give me my money..but they tell me i would stand to lose 1000 dollars if they restock and stuff like that..1000 is alot so i have to eat this up..                                       that evening i get a call that it will be at my door the 10th!! so i wait..BINGO I GET IT...unpack it assemble what needs to be assembled and pow, just waiting for my MSO that they said they mailed the 5...well that came the 17th so my bike just did nothing..so i called afew times about the paper work..only to get the run around and blown off just kept hearing yeah we sent it...so when i got it..went to dmv to register the bike..got my insurance..so im ready to ride...SYKE!!! i went to take the bike for its first ride..i get about 5 blocks from my house when pow...the F**KING FRAME BREAKS!!!!! i thank god i never made it to the highway!! so i call immediately and get some rep who tells me he doesnt know what to do cuz this has never happened to any of the bikes..well you know the saying..theres a first time for eveything! so he tells me hes going to see what he can do and go ahead and speak with the manufacturer..                                                                             after speaking to him on the phone i told him i would want the bike replaced(after all the crap im going thru you would think i run from them right) or get me a refund..but like we know it says no refunds..he tell me he doubts ill get my money back..and he doubts that they would replace it..so basically i have a 3000 dollar paper weight..                                                                                            so he emails me and tells me that i would get a FRAME from them in 6 to 8 weeks..there goes my whole riding season..so i asked what the hell am i gonna do with a frame..he says..HAVE IT REBUILT..really so now i have to come out of pocket again..and who knows how much that would cost? well i told them im no mechanic and WILL NOT pay to have it done..so..now we wait to see whats up..                                                                                                                                               heres what they fail to realize..so read up folks..THERE IS NO LEMON LAW FOR MOTORCYCLES..(SO THEYRE HAPPY) BUT WHAT THEY DONT REALIZE IS..WE ARE STILL COVERED UNDER FEDERAL LAWS FOR FAULTY VEHICLES!!!! THEY DONT REALIZE BANKS HAVE WAYS TO FIGHT FOR US...this isnt an issue that i want the bike replaced or refunded because of a blemish or cuz i dont feel sexy on it...THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE THAT CAN NOT BE FIXED..YOU DONT RE WELD A BIKE..WE ALL KNOW ONCE THAT BIKE BREAKS..ITS DONE!! WE HAVE RIGHTS PEOPLE..LAWYERS WHO WANT TO EAT UP COMPANIES LIKE THIS ONE WHO DOESNT DO BUSINESS RIGHT..                                                                              NO WONDER WHY THEY CLAIM TO MAKE 10000000 IN SALES A YR...CUZ THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! DONT RETURN MONEY..BUT BELIEVE ME I WONT GO DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT..I ALREADY CALLED MY BANK MY LAWYER, THE BBB, AS OF TODAY..THE 31 OF AUG, I STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN ABOUT MY REFUND..BUT WAIT TIL THEY HEAR FROM THE BANK AND LAWYER..NOW I DONT WANT THE BIKE..I WANT MY MONEY!!
