We contracted Greater Houston Outdoor Living to install a pool at our home 9 months ago and there have been various issues that were never completed. Once we paid the final check the owner (Conrad DeLeon) quit returning calls. To get ahold of him we had to call and/or text numerous times and he would always state that he was going to send someone out to have a look or that he would call right back (which he never did). This went on for many months. Now he no longer even answers his phone.
Conrad was made aware of these issues early on and apparently decided it was not important enough to take care. We have a waterfall that leaks, a hottub that does not work and our plaster has a large stain due to Conrad putting acid in the shallow end of the pool. He has tried to blame it on something falling in the pool but that is not suprising since he has not taken responsibility for anything else. We are majorly dissappointed with his services or lack thereof and would not recommend his company.
